When your you use the Handfull Diet technique, get as close as possible to the size of your hand as you can. We are not going to the letter here, but what we want to do is if you are going to eat something, it is best to go smaller than your hand, than to go bigger than you hand. Suggested Snacks Make sure when you eat at these times, that you eat, not just fruit and not just vegetables Mix it up so you get a good flow of nutrients threw your body. See there is so much to choose from you can have something different every day of the week. Some things are not in season of course but if you buy just before the season is over and freeze things and use them through out the winter.
